The villa is located on a brand new gated community at Highgate Park, Davenport. This new community is built by Beazer Homes and is in a secluded position off the main US27 highway, only 3 miles from the main route across Orlando - the I4.
We are approx 30 minutes from the main airport in Orlando and approx 40 minutes from Sanford to the north of the city.
There is a decent size Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes away together with a Chinese and pizza takeaway. The U192 is approx 5 minutes with its extensive selection of restaurants and shops, there is something for everyone here!
For a taste of good old fashioned American cooking we strongly recommend a visit to Cracker Barrel just along the US27, first class service and excellent food finished off by relaxing on the rocker chairs on the verandah!
