How do we book?

We have an automated booking system on our website which takes both credit and debit cards. When you enter the dates you want you will get an instant quote and can then decide if you want to proceed. You will then receive a confirmation and instructions on how to make payment

What deposit do you need?

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure. All monies paid are held in a client account until after your stay for your peace of mind. Our  terms and conditions can be found on our booking system.

Where is the villa?

We are located in HighGate Park which is a community in Legacy Villages, about 9 miles or 15 minutes from the Disney Parks. Once your final balance has been received you will get full instructions with directions to the villa together with the access codes for the security gates at the entrance to  Highgate Park and the code for the lockbox in the front porch containing the key to our villa. We also send a confirmation pack including  emergency contact numbers for our locally based management company and the full address of the villa.

How do we contact you?

On our confirmation pack we enclose all our contact details, and will call you before departure and just after arrival.

How many can the villa accommodate?

We are licensed by for a maximum of 10 guests, all guests must be named on the booking form in accordance with Florida State law, any variation to this must be agreed in  advance.

Is the Pool / spa Heated?

The pool can be heated at any time of the year at an additional charge, this is recommended between October and May. We have also supplied a solar blanket to cover the pool to retain the heat overnight.

What are the facilities in the villa?

The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen equipment including cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots & pans and ovenware and plastic insulated tumblers for use outside. We have provided hairdryers and alarm clocks as well as an iron and ironing board and a washer and dryer. There is a also a Games room with Pool table Air Hockey and Darts & Checkers boards.

Is there Cable Tv?

There is cable tv with approx 100 channels in every bedroom together with a large screen Tv in the lounge, and playstation 2 consoles in the twin rooms.

Is there a phone?

There is a telephone for your use and all local and freephone numbers (starting 863 and 800) are free, to make long distance or interstate calls you will need a credit card or  prepaid card readily available from local stores eg Publix / Wal Mart

What are the standard arrival / departure times?

Your villa will be ready for your arrival from 4pm, if you would like to arrive before this time we recommend you book the previous day. You are required to depart the villa by 10am, if you have a late flight we would recommend you book an additional day.

Is the villa cleaned?

The villa is thoroughly cleaned after each stay and has a pre-clean before your arrival, if you require a mid-stay clean we can arrange this with prior notice for a fee. We do provide a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer and provide all linens and towels.

What is your policy on pets?

Sorry - we have a strictly no pets policy - this is because of allergy problems that may arise for other guests.

Can I smoke in the villa?

Yes - but only outside please. This is for the comfort of all our guests.
